Penryn City Guide
Located in Placer County, Penryn is one of the more rural-feeling towns in the Greater Sacramento area. If you’re looking for a slower pace of living, lots of land, and plenty of opportunities to interact with nature, this might be the place for you! Many retirees live in Penryn and residents tend to lean conservative.
Why Live In Penryn
Penryn’s known for its beautiful palm trees that line either side of English Colony Road. There are also many Mandarin Oranges groves scattered across the hills and there’s great road bike riding throughout the foothills. It’s a dream for those who love open spaces! Most homes sit on property ranging from 1 to 5 acres and many people have animals.
When l called with a question or concern they called me right back sometimes within minutes. I felt they were going to be sure everything worked out to my best interest.
Elizabeth gets my highest recommendation. She sold my place during the COVID lockdown while dealing with other difficult issues with the home as I was not able to be in the local area. Being a buyer in a sellers’ market is pretty awful, unless you have a true professional who knows how to navigate this crazy housing market. That is Elizabeth! From negotiating the contract, to weeding through disclosures, and inspecting every part of the house, she always had our backs.
