To the right is a quiet, open sitting area, a large office with coffered ceiling and double doors, a full bath, a smaller back office, garage access, and stairs to the second story. The Owner’s Suite is also on this side, but more on that later.

To the left is the formal dining room with an elegant tray ceiling and plenty of windows to offer light and a wonderful view. Then we come to the kitchen and great room.

This elegant, functional kitchen is a perfect setup for both serious cookers and serious entertainers, with granite countertops, dual ovens, gas range, warming drawer, and a walk-in pantry for the chef.

A large island opens to the breakfast nook, dining room, and gathering room, and there is easy direct access to the back courtyard for the entertainer. There are even two windows over the sink and counter with a perfect view of the large pond.

In the gathering room, we come to one of the two wood-burning fireplaces (the other is right outside in the outdoor kitchen/dining area). The windows flanking it add natural light and great views of the pool. Oak accents are continued with the gorgeous beamed ceiling.

From here you can step into the large rec room with the enormous projector and screen. Check out the view from that balcony!

Or you can wind your way down past the bar and into your wine cellar and tasting room. This temperature controlled space will hold all your favorite vintages and then some!

First, you’ll find yourself in a cozy sitting area, with a gas fireplace and access to the back. A curved wall separates this from the main bedroom area. Six picture windows give you a spectacular view right from your own bed.

This. Bathroom. Is. Amazing. Large, granite boulders provide privacy for the shower – two shower heads plumbed inside one of the boulders and a rain shower head from the ceiling above. A large wooden vanity and clawfoot tub add extra luxury to this already sumptuous space!

Each bedroom upstairs has its own en-suite as well as access to the balcony overlooking the pool and expansive grounds. Your guests will love watching the sunset from this vantage point. (On a clear day you can see as far as Mt. Diablo!)

A den or second office area is also upstairs, as well as access to the “tower” out front. High windows keep this room private – perfect for meditation, yoga, you name it. Namaste!

Here, we continue the resort-like feel – a large covered patio has room for multiple sitting areas AND a hammock if you so choose, plus a view of the Dal Pino designed pool and beyond. The pool deck has space for more sitting areas or tables. A raised deck at the far end has room for lounge chairs as well as spa/water feature to the pool, and a stand-alone spa to come home to after those extra long work days.

Enjoy the farm-to-fork lifestyle with your own garden, greenhouse, and citrus orchard. Owl boxes provide natural pest control in the trees surrounding.

The pergola by the pond is ideal for afternoon teas, lunches, or just relaxing with a book.

Last but definitely not least, we come to the 3000sqft shop with plumbed air lines for a compressor. Build, store, work, or play – you’ll have room for everything! Resting atop this mammoth workspace is a 23kV photovoltaic system. Wow!
