As you enter through the arched doorway, you’ll step into the foyer. Notice the hardwood floors, the winding staircase, and the authentic Spanish fixtures.

To your left is the formal dining room, with a door to the driveway. This room gives way to another dining area that comes with its own closet! (There are shelves for all your cookbooks, tall cabinets to hang your table linens and fit your tallest vases, as well as a second fridge!)

To the right of the staircase is the living room. Gorgeous dark wood beams stretch across the ceiling to augment the warmth of the wood floors. Here we see the first fireplace with inlaid brick hearth.

Follow the french doors into your private wine room. Clay-like tile flooring with custom “Persian rug” inlay set the mood for your two Subzero wine refrigerators and liquor storage.

Through the wine room you’ll come to the family room. Relax in front of the corner fireplace and kick your feet up with the large entertainment center. Don’t forget to enjoy the view to the lush backyard (more on that to come!)

The family room opens up into the large kitchen – it almost seems like one big room. Tastefully hidden, the fridge matches the ivory cabinets. The white tile backsplash complements the black countertops that look like a starry night. They continue on the large center island which has its own vegetable sink.

To the right of the apron-front sink you’ll find the laundry room and a half bath that leads back around to the family room.

Walk up the winding staircase – with wrought iron balusters – and arrive at the second level.

There are four bedrooms up here, and an extra “half room” that could make a great office or nursery. Or, let’s be real, a big giant closet!

The master bath has been redone to have heated tile floors. The cabinet is a replica of the original, the shower was redone in the original shape, and they kept the original tub! And there’s nothing quite like having a TV in your bathroom, am I right?

The second upstairs bath has kept its original, beautiful green tile. The tub and cabinets are original, while the sink and fixtures are new (though you’d never know *wink*).

Prepare to fall in love if you haven’t yet… This backyard has it all – from the fireplace to the gas grill, the pool to the fountain at the end. There are even ceiling fans over the large covered patio (big enough for a table that seats 10!)

A lovely olive tree stands out amongst all the lush greenery. And don’t worry about the pool – Don Quixote is standing by to keep an eye on everything!

The detached garage comes with dark wood doors and more of those fabulous light fixtures I keep talking about. It also has a back door to the alley.
