Make your grand entry through iron-adorned glass double doors into the welcoming foyer and take it all in – the parlor to the right, formal dining to the left, and the exquisite mosaic set in the travertine marble floor, mirroring the lofty rotunda above.

Coming home after a long day at the office, or perhaps after an evening of fun and frivolity, and just don’t feel like climbing the stairs? Turn right off the foyer, past the parlor, and hop in the elevator up to your master suite!

Or perhaps you’re in the mood to cook? Well, get ready because you’ll have everything you need in this kitchen – Wolf 6-burner range with dual convection ovens AND Wolf warming drawer, Subzero refrigerator that matches the cabinets for a seamless look (with incognito vertical spice drawers on either side for even more storage!), a large kitchen sink AND hand/vegetable washing station in the sizable center island, as well as a built-in Miele espresso machine.

Don’t forget about the built-in microwave and enormous walk-in pantry. It’s a good thing there are TWO Bosch dishwashers and full trash compactor, so cleaning up after your weekend soirées will be a snap!

From the kitchen you can look out over the open living area, meticulously detailed yet warm and inviting. The breakfast nook is accompanied by high-reaching windows to let in abundant light, sure to help you wake up and ready yourself for the day.

With a total of five bedrooms, you’ll be able to accommodate guests and overnight visitors with ease. Each bedroom comes with its own bathroom en suite so you’ll never run out of room! One of the upstairs guest rooms shares its WC suite and shower with an additional sink/vanity accessed from the hallway. Seriously, they’ve thought of everything!

Enough small talk…let’s get to the Master Suite! But where to start? The striking view? The ambient soffit ceiling? Fireplace? How about the “live-in” closet (so big you could live in there!) There are 7 closet rods total, 3 on each side and an extra for long garments. Plenty of shelving, including built-in shoe rack. Plus an island of drawers and shoe shine station in the middle!

But if that isn’t enough to have you giddy, take a few steps down the hall to the master bath! The infinity mirror effect makes it feel big, but don’t let that fool you – it IS! His and hers sinks/vanities face each other with glass-doored cabinets and lowered vanity to one side. T

he massive shower has two shower heads and the deep-soaking tub in the middle will help you relax after even the toughest day at the office. Flip on the jets and float away!

Don’t float away just yet…this is the house that just won’t quit! There is a gorgeous home office that comes with beautiful built-in cabinetry, stately fireplace, and high-reaching windows with a great view of the pool area and lush foliage. Add to that a perfectly sized fitness room with an entire mirrored wall – get your workout on in style! (After your workout, rest your muscles and bones in the redwood sauna…ahhhhhhh.)

AND to top it off, enjoy private screenings of your favorite classics and blockbusters in the Old Hollywood style, big screen theater! Play pool with a few friends upstairs in the recreational space – open the doors to the balcony and enjoy the view over the courtyard and pool (and catch a glimpse of Folsom Lake, too!)

Care to go for a swim? Unwind in the spa, take a quick dip in the heated pool, or spend an afternoon catching up on a good book while you lounge poolside.
